When you make your appointment, mention you’re a member of Aetna Vital Savings and Aetna Dental Access Network.

Step 3: Show your Aetna® Vital Savings card at your appointment

You’ll get an instant discount* off the cost of services. Pay the total discounted fee at the time of your appointment when you receive services.

In network:

Visit any dentist in our network.
They will file your dental claims for you.
Network dentists have agreed to provide services covered by your plan at a reduced rate. So, your out-of-pocket costs for these services is usually lower.

Find an in-network dentist

Out of network:

Visit any dentist outside our network.
You may pay more when you get care from dentists outside of our network for covered services.
You may have to file your own claims online the Aetna member website, or by downloading and mailing in a claims form.
