You can visit any eye care provider you want. If you choose one in our network, you will pay less out of pocket. This means more savings for you, so you can focus on your studies and vision. No claims or paperwork for in-network care.
Out of network:
If you visit an out-of-network vision provider, you may pay more for care. You will need to submit a claim. You can log in to AetnaVision.com to fill out an electronic claim form and upload your receipts. Or you can download and mail in the claims form.
