How to request your ID card

To request a secure email with a copy of your ID card you can print, follow these steps:
 

  1. Find your school
  2. Once on your school’s page, choose “Get your ID card”
  3. Enter the following info, making sure it matches the info your school provided to Aetna:

    • Student ID number
    • Date of birth
    • Email address
  4. Select the cards you want to access, then choose “Send email”
