Easy prescription process with network pharmacies
When you take your prescription to an in-network pharmacy, just show your ID card—no need to file a claim. If you pay for a prescription out-of-pocket, you may be eligible for reimbursement minus any required copay amount.
Did you know? Health care reform now covers some preventive drugs and products at no cost to you. This means your plan pays 100 percent for these items.

Need to file an out-of-network claim?
If you use an out-of-network pharmacy, you pay the full cost of the drug. To get reimbursement, you need to submit a claim form and send us a copy of your receipt. You can mail it to the address or fax it to the number on the form.
Save with generic drugs
Generic drugs work the same as brand-name ones but cost less. They have the same active ingredients. And they meet the same Federal Drug Administration (FDA) quality standards.
Ask your provider to allow a substitution whenever you get a prescription. If you’re prescribed a brand-name drug, your pharmacist can tell if a generic version exists.
